      1. Freedom of thought 2. dynamic work place 3.If one wants, he/she can get enough knowledge

      1. Unsytematic. 2. Highly disrespectful treatment by leadership for old timers and experienced people. 3. No career growth for hardcore technical guys. 4. No training programmes for new comers in staff category.

      Pros

      It pays the bills and that is about the only pro.

      Cons

      This place has gone down the tubes in the last 5 years. Management has no idea what they are doing and we are bleeding employees left and right...there are several people leaving that have been there for over 15 years! If you are losing senior employees faster than you can replace them then you are the problem not the workforce. They are currently having team building classes for management where they make paper airplanes and toss a red ball around...so that should fix everything...
