Upper management is hit or miss Timken likes to change up management routinely Once your site is integrated there is no room for you to learn or grow and you basically become a glorified helpdesk worker who sometimes manages VMWare environment and servers

No official work from home policy (yet). Large, old company with some resistance to change.
