Very bad growth opportunity, pay not according to industry standards, HR will treat you badly when you resign inspite of consistently performing good and bringing loads of profit to the company while working.

Good premisis. Thats all. I cannot think of anything else.

Cons

Where to begin. Terrible management. Hr is as good as not present. Nothing helpful to employees only there for management. Too many restrictions. No fre environment.
