      Pros

      I would call this a "government MNC". People here have a very laid back attitude so much so that, they don't even recognize talent. And by talent I mean, a person with appropriate knowledge for the domain they work on. As time goes by here, anyone can or is assumed to be capable of handling any work.

      Cons

      Alrighty! what can I say. To stay at the top, you need to find real talent and not people who would suck up to the management.

      Pros

      I learned a lot not only about bearings but of the entire industry to which we supplied bearings. Lots of independence with support when needed. Great work/life balance in my position.

      Cons

      Below average pay. The mothership in Canton, OH pulls all the strings. They can and will override your decisions at any time for any or no reason.
