New building, good IT staff, high standards. Tremendous spending and waste by executives during layoffs.

Cons

Old cultures, anti-social environment. Vertical and horizontal movement is stagnant.

It is an awesome place to be and to work at. Talented, open-minded people. Lots of new things to learn and implement. Flexible work hours. Cab facility Meals at reasonable rate

Cons

Not as such.. But too much work load sometimes can irritate you. Except that all are good.

Benefits are decent and will relocate employees for career development.

Cons

No diversity, unless you consider aging white men diverse. Majority of plants are in small back country towns. Aging manufacturing plants along with an aging workforce. They only cost saving initiative they have is laying off employees. Good old boys network. If you are not in the club your career will not go anywhere.
