Pay was decent but I got the feeling that not everyone in the same position was paid in the same pay range.

Cons

Company workforce is built on generations of family members, some in management and others on the floor. If you are an outsider coming in and you discipline one of their "friends" they will find a way to get rid of you.

Excellent place to work until The company moved to SC.

Cons

Many people in upper management were aware of a very poor, mentally abusive manager but never did a thing about it. Due to me knowing to much about his discressions was let go when the opportunity came up to cut people. He ruined me as a confident employee and person.
