Decent Job as far as Maintenance

Pros

Job, doesn't require much additional training or testing. They have a decent 401k plan. They recently raised top pay for maintenance to try and be more competitive with the region, they are still behind in comparison though, it just closed the gap.

Cons

The pay is still a bit lower than other manufacturers. Insurance premiums have skyrocketed in the past couple of years.

Engineers are valued the most, no one else. Located in a very small town. Literally nothing to do. very old culture
