      Pros

      Compensation and health care are very good. Provided vehicle for travel which can also be used for personal needs. Business travel is easy going through company processes.

      Cons

      high travel demands, high oversight due to high growth goals. On the road a lot. Moving towards more compensation based sales model.

      Great team of talented people, good benefits and decent perks, family-like culture and employee loyalty, opportunities to try yourself in a variety of projects, continuous formal and informal training, global business experiences.

      Cons

      Business is cyclical and performance is based on market fluctuations. Continuous layoffs when market is down and employee overload. Overtime is a must. Very traditional and conservative management and a lot of bureaucracy. Difficult to have your issues heard. Lack of support from upper management.
