      Pros

      none the supervisors are poor in most areas a good supervisor does not last long one told the workers that she was told on hire in that the workers were like animals and should be treated as such

      Cons

      supervisors rule through threats of firing and most have no idea what the people on the floor actually do in the plant as far as the jobs

      Pros

      People that you work with are great. Benefits are good, but not great. Bonus opportunities offset average base salary

      Cons

      Management needs to do as it preaches. Too much good old boy opportunities. They fill jobs without posting them and even if they get posted most of the jobs are pre-filled before posting so it is just a formality.

      Good Learning Flexible time Less Work load

      Cons

      Worst Management ever scene, the SAP Team(India) is guided by the worst and most useless manager one can ever imagine in their life. Hell lot of politics. Not a good place to work if you have worked with a service based company. Salary structure and In hand amount will make a huge difference.
