      Pros

      Good company Work life Balance, No work pressure. Good career growth and opportunities are there for Dot Net and Help Desk Team but not for SAP. Transport is provided.

      Cons

      Local Management and lot of internal politics. No benefits other than salary. we need to work in Shifts but no shift allowance is given.

      Pros

      - average salary but highly depending on the starting one - global company with global exposure - open doors management style - good place overall - good work/life balance, if you do overtime you can take day off to compensate

      Cons

      - If you don't have a good salary from the beginning, forget about significant increases! HR will sell you all kind of bla-bla, but it's just that, nothing more - average yearly increase is 4% while the inflation is at min 6% - no advancement possible, unless you're french - managers are moved from one department to another without having slightest experience in the new dept. - except for the congratulation e-mails you will not see anything after an exceptionally well done work.
