A company with great vision , Excellent Knowledge Management . Timken India Limited once upon a time had some of the finest top level managers. Strong work ethics.

Cons

In India your primary requirement to grow in the organization is that you need to be a Bengali Babu. HR not very professsional. Preferences outweighs performace.
