Pros

Good pay, good working environment, people are professional. Focused on bottom line.

Cons

Difficult to expand horizons if doing your job well( pigeon-holed). People's strengths are not optimized/ aligned to positions. This may improve with new HR system as it matures. Maybe too focused on bottom line and losing people focus.

I worked for 6.5 years in the Application engineering domain for Off-Highway. I like the culture, the company values individuals and their contributions. Takes pride in their products and their employees. Customer orientation. Though shareholder value is important, i never felt that the company is in business only to make money, which is a great attribute for the Management.

Cons

Company believes in people, and growing globally, i don't see any cons as such working with this organization. May be career growth of individuals should be given a fillip.
