      Pros

      Easy work, friendly and funny coworkers, people are held responsible, a reasonable amount of time off, flexible scheduling, and safety is necessary.

      Cons

      People often confuse you with Timken Steel which has had some very bad injuries in the past at work, and the pay isn't the absolute best for me. Not sure I would want to work here as a woman it is a very male-dominated workplace.

      If can bend to management then you can settle here

      1. CIO has no idea of IT 2. India management is total biased 3. No recognition for work. Management gives credit to there pets 4. If you are the pet of management then you are the manager 5. CIO will hear only to females / Males keep out
