      Pros

      They will pay for your degree/advanced degree with a relatively short debt-payoff window (2 years of service after degree is obtained). You'll be provided ample opportunities to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub-par. 8 years of service only qualifies you for 3 weeks of paid vacation. Communication at all levels of the organization is extremely lacking. It promotes a general feeling of being ignored. Understaffed. Solutions have been to consolidate open positions to move workload onto already constrained people. Their operations, scheduling, and resource management systems do not communicate. This is handled by working outside of the systems which further compounds the information issue.
