- 2-days/week allowed to work from home in most departments - Very good work culture, everyone is friendly, it doesn't feel like a corporate environment much, even though it is - Fairly good benefits, solid company match on 401k

Cons

Depending on your expertise, you may find it difficult to move roles, since there isn't always a lot of cross-training (depends on department)
