      Solid and Stable Company to work for

      Pros

      Stable and opportunities for development. Good benefits and a great team of people to work with. Devoted to quality and ethics in their manufacturing.

      Cons

      Most developmental opportunities come if you work at the World Headquarters in Canton Ohio. Opportunities are still present at other locations, but more difficult to take if you are unable/unwilling to relocate.

      Pros

      Extremely responsible company, takes great care of its employees, allows them to move freely to different positions in the company if they’re a good fit.

      Cons

      Timken is an international corporation, but my job has me stationed in the field so I’m always a long way from the corporate office.
