Pros
Working at Trainiac has been a very rewarding experience. Our full-time, Seattle-based product team works incredibly well together to make sure we are all in-step as we move our core offerings forward in a way that is authentic to our mission and values. Everyone cares deeply about the client and trainer side app experience and we get to prioritize features that will have incredible impact. There is a real sense of pride on our team for the amount of progress we’ve achieved (and continue to achieve) together.
Cons
Quarantine has presented our team with a few challenges, but we’ve been able to adjust and find ways to connect regularly to keep the momentum going.
