Pros

Great co-workers, Great atmosphere, Free snack and drinks and plenty of random lunches supplied by management

Cons

Too much gossip, and behind the scenes talk among co-workers, had a kind of "high school" feel to it. Company is great to those that blow out the monthly revenue goals but make the people who are struggling feel like an outcast. Those unfortunate people feel definitely underappreciated and coming to works is no longer a passion

-Salary was lower than the average for my field -The workload was heavy to bare at times
