      Pros

      A web/mobile destination worth trumpeting to your friends and family. Passionate and energetic workforce who care about the product. Charismatic leadership with a clear vision and zeal for innovation. Amazing workspace, generous benefits, and a culture to match.

      Cons

      The recent merger with Zillow means there's still functional responsibility to figure out and plenty of integration work needed.
