      Great projects A lot of experience can be gained really quickly and a great reputation in the construction industry

      Cons

      Slow growth. You have to know someone in the company in order to be paid well in the company. No structure in place for lower level employees A lot of downtime when it's not busy and you end up doing menial things in order to keep busy BIM and Lean are more of a brand initiative, as opposed to any actual agenda to be innovative in the NY business unit
