      Pros

      Worked with the same PM for the past 2 jobs I worked at. I gained a lot of knowledge of the project engineering side, ebbs and flows of the job site. Really fun, down to earth people I worked with. Will miss my Turner family!

      Cons

      Sometimes there may be a lot of boring paperwork to fill out. Can be slow when you first start out as an intern.

      Solid business plan. Great organizational structure. Good process for advancement. Great learning experiences. Fast paced.

      Cons

      Same political BS you'd get at any company this large and prominent in the industry. Can get lost in the crowd if you're not "exceptional" (true if any company this size). Will pay as little as possible to keep you.

      Many opportunities to experience a wide variety of project ranging from small to large. With so many offices around the country, it also gives you the ability to stay with the company.

      Cons

      Several locations are in difficult bidding environments. Some projects may not be the most desirable.
