As Project Executive, my primary responsibility is for overall client satisfaction for the project. Provide leadership for the on-site project team and has full authority and accountability for the success of your project. I pride myself as a highly effective team builder, as evidenced by a long list of trusting repeat clients as well as an extremely loyal staff. I am responsible to ensure the proper staff from all of our service groups are performing well; and are bringing energy and creative solutions to your project. I lead 30 professional staff and 35 to 50 field staff. As part of the Turner, the Special Projects Division (SPD) brings you the depth and resources of a premier construction company with the speed and flexibility you require. SPD completes industrial renovations, equipment replacements, interior renovations, additions, and new construction projects generally in the range of $10,000 to $15 million.
