      Pros

      Decent benefits and competitive pay.They are well known in the industry which opens up door. Worked for them for many years and it was a relatively stable company even through the recession and subsequent layoffs.

      Cons

      Upper management was somewhat inaccessible.They mostly looked out for their own bottomline. They were not well respected by the trades which made our jobs much harder.
