      - When you become a Turner staff member, you are part of the Turner family. A truly amazing accomplishment for such a large company. - Opportunities for staff. - Management has prioritized developing staff. - Truly a GREAT company to work for.

      - Internal inefficiencies due to "check and balance" processes. - Lots of departments.

      Pros

      Since I have moved to Texas, am looking for a strong and formidable contractor with high reputation. Turner is such a construction and PMCM company. It has many a projects to boast about.

      Cons

      If there are some downsides to working with Turner, i am not aware of that. I am a team player and would adjust to new atmosphere and working environment.

      Great learning environment with the benefit that people do not get pigeon-holed to titles or positions. Employees and their feedback are valued. Time management skills are highly valued, taught and encouraged in order balance work and personal life. This is the place for a well-rounded career. Perks: top benefits package and travel

      Cons

      Occasionally, dependent on project specific schedule, there can be very long work days, nights and even weekends.
