      Pros

      Turner is a great company with a long-standing history in construction. Turner is innovative and offers a long-term career path through a very structured corporation. With offices in nearly every part of the country and the flexibility to move (if desired), Turner offers the ability to work in nearly any region on the country. Turner also has a strong international presence in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

      Cons

      Slow promotional track due to large corporate structure. Less than industry average pay for equal position and responsibility.

      Pros

      Great Company support, above average salary. Turner always likes to promote from within the company and is driven to provide the necessary training to encourage and help their employees grow and succeed.

      Cons

      Long hours, high stress. Depending on the projects that you are on, the hours of work per day and stress can be very high. Working weekends comes into play a lot.

      Pros

      At Turner Construction Co. the employees are the greatest assets. This being said Turner recognizes this and offers employees great benefits, competitive salary, and extensive professional training. Turner aims to retain employees for life. Their core values are integrity, teamwork, and commitment which aligns with how they treat their employees. They stress work/life balance and certainly support it. Overall a great place to work minus the CONS listed below.

      Cons

      There are not many cons to working for Turner, especially depending on how driven you are. I'm a very motivated and intelligent individual whom expects to be rewarded for going above and beyond. Turner does not do a very good job of meeting my needs in this area. They seem to treat everyone in the same manner whether they are the "A" players or "C" players. This leads to Turner not retaining their top talent. Salaries are generally lower than other construction companies especially if you are a "go-getter" as described above. Very corporate structure.
