Pros
Turner has completed many impressive projects across the nation and the globe. This experience opens up a lot of opportunities for the company and the company spends a lot of time training its employees and embracing new technology.
Cons
As a large company change comes slowly and even thought there is a focus on new technology it is hard to get buy in for major changes from corporate. Offices vary a lot, some are excellent and some just okay. Turner is not a private company and has a lot of back of house cost which makes it difficult to be cost competitive.
