Great benefits, interesting projects, vast resources, cutting edge technology, ample opportunity to make decisions without being micromanaged, enjoy the prestige of working for one of the largest construction companies in the world

Cons

Average pay with almost no bonus or annual increase; great so long as there's a backlog but when the well runs the end can be very near
