      Pros

      Great company. The benefits programs are the best in the industry and Turner treats all of their employees very well. There is no glass ceiling... work hard and you will do well.

      Cons

      Turner is committed to the happiness of their employees; however, construction work is somewhat transient... be prepared to move for new opportunities.

      Pros

      Have watched people skate by with minimal effort and be promoted. Turner will not fire anyone, instead upper management will set you up to fail and provide you enough rope to hang yourself from.

      Cons

      Has no problem sending you to work away from your family.

      Pros

      Good people to work with, I've never felt overworked, great benefits and 'family' feel, very reputable company and opportunity for advancement within the company

      Cons

      Two complaints: lots of people moving around (projects, departments) on short notice and we haven't been as successful in the market recently as I think anyone would like but that's accross the board in the industry
