A company that cares about you and your family, truly. Opportunities are created for you if you work hard. Great environment to work with flexibility as needed. If you get knocked down, they are there to help you up.

Cons

None that I can think of, you can always find something wrong with something a company does but the positive outweigh the negative it is not worth it for me even think about it

Strong company and good for your resume with many marquee projects. Has strong procedural focus-good to learn that. Good internal education opportunities. Good benefits.

Cons

Hard to penetrate the culture or advance when entering from mid-senior level. Turner tends to groom its own for management roles.

They have a ton of resources at your disposal. They work to get you to follow your career path. If you want to transfer or relocate they will help you.

Cons

They probably pay less than other commercial contractors. Work hours are all over the board and the older staff expects you to work 6 days a week.
