Great people to work for but the last few years and a rough market have been challenging

Good people to work with, I've never felt overworked, great benefits and 'family' feel, very reputable company and opportunity for advancement within the company

Cons

Two complaints: lots of people moving around (projects, departments) on short notice and we haven't been as successful in the market recently as I think anyone would like but that's accross the board in the industry

Great corporate culture. Real 9-5 job.

Cons

Lacking leadership. Not many risk takers within the company. Employees too afraid to speak their mind. Too many outsiders brought in whose philosophy's conflicts with the true values that Turner has built and represents.
