      Pros

      They have some great projects, big name clients and architects. They also have some very different projects, in size and use.

      Cons

      It is a large company where it is easy to become a number and not a person. They promote based on tenure, not performance.

      Pros

      The atmospher is relaxing with a San Diego vibe but very professional. We all work as a team to accomplish our goals.

      Cons

      The commute is a bit of a drag and the location is bad for traffic, but the office and parking are great.
