Pros
Salary is a little above the market. They throw company parties regularly. They require disciplined individuals that can get the job done.
Cons
It takes years for proper advancement. They expect you to be loyal and work hard but then lay you off. Eighty hour weeks is regular. Management team is a bit toxic. Animosity between employees on projects. Throw each other under the bus when ever they get a chance. Salary is horrible in consideration to the hours put in. Vacation time is ridiculous, they scold anyone that takes more than three consecutive days off. Reviews are a joke, usually done by someone that is not your direct supervisor.
