      Pros

      There are several opportunities for continued education, professional growth and development and sharing information among employees. The Turner Knowledge Netwrok (TKN) allows for online courses to be taken and certifications to be obtained. It is very flexible and able to fit within your schedule.

      Cons

      It is a large organization and there are many people, so often times you may be less an individual and more an employee number. I think the large population of employees is beneficial when it comes to the amount of knowledge available.
