Pros

Great people to work with, very customer focused and high energy. Many opportunities for training, growth, and movement throughout the company. Benefits and worklife balance are truly outstanding.

Cons

Jobs can be menial, repetitive, and tedious (dealing with the general public who feels entitled). Change is almost impossible to effect.

Culture is great, people are great. If you get into the right branch, you could really enjoy yourself. Management wants to see you succeed - refreshing! Benefits are great too!

Cons

Not alot of access to learn about other possibilites within the company to grow & progress. Pay, not great compared to the other companies on the street.
