Once the merger was announced and they started to do structural changes, many problems arose. I had 3 different LM in less than 10 months, which caused me a lot of stress and also made me question my ability to perform my job. There was lack of trust in the people that have knowledge and knew the process. I lot of people got strategic/leadership positions just because they "knew someone", but they deeply lacked the skills, knowledge or even will to do a good job. This affected deeply the morale, motivation of people in my area and also me specifically. Many people left for the same reason and I decided to leave since I was not going to change the environment around me, which is a shame.
