- nice people within the team - options to move to other teams/ countries

Cons

- pointless job - you chase people who never respond to the emails - rude project/ program managers in WMA - everyone looks at your rank (do not respect you if you are anything below DI) - a lot of rules/ useless processes

Work life balance is good Company benefits and perks Office environment is updated (some floors)

Cons

High turn over in Senior Leadership. I experienced 4 reorgs in two years there. This make it hard to develop relationships with the folks who you need to vouch for you to get promotions. Poor project management. They take are large scale projects and do not have the proper leaders in place to execute. Compensation is lacking compared to competitors. There are no raises unless you get a promotion. Bonuses are subjective and are only substantial if you are a Director or above.
