      Pros

      Benefits are great and the people, if they stay long enough (high turnover).

      Cons

      UBS was a great company but their management is terrible now and I feel like just a number. Doesn't foster a fun work place anymore. UBS is consolidating roles and doesn't hire people, example No receptionist, no admin manager or branch manager on site. Don't support the support staff. Don't give raises or bonuses. Technology is terrible, none of the systems work. You take on a lot more responsibility and will not be compensated for it.

      Prestige Multinational Every other billionaire has their money in UBS

      Cons

      It is chaos right now with the Credit Suisse Integration. They need to do massive layoffs to make it work. The sales in the US are Sh**. Sometimes they are putting 2 people in one role. Sometimes they are giving one person 2 roles, saying congratulations and taking it away 2 weeks later.

      Not very emp friendly policies, hikes are below average as compared to other banks, overall management is not aligned to employee value. Poor worklife balance
