Pros

- Good pension. That's *it*. - Excellent salary (but only if you're a banker, or the CEO)

Cons

- UBS sings all the right tunes, about mental health, respect for their employees, etc etc... but the reality is that you'll never feel so bullied in any other job. - Average salary expectations - Zero compensation for working from home costs during the pandemic, (bring your own device, internet costs, electricity, etc... all at your own cost) - zero Christmas bonus

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Complete cluster mess. Bank was at the epicenter of the financial credit crisis. Terribly managed. Absolutely stay away from this bank which is swirling in the toilet.

Pros

Culturally diverse, with attention to learning opportunities. Everyone is treated as a peer regardless of rank.

Cons

Lack of upward promotion opportunities, stagnant compensation with no yearly cost of living adjustments and minute raises. Bonuses are really small compared to competitors and other bank departments. Pay rates are below competitors and pay tiers, as well as promotion requirements, are largely kept secret.
