      Pros

      Employment - nothing else. There is absolutely no pros to being an employee. Your are used up and abused, provided no direction. Nobody cares and it’s a complete disaster.

      Cons

      60-70 hour work weeks. No help, runs extremely lean. Only hires in Tennessee which takes forever. Lost vacation days, working on and through vacations and illness. Health insurance is insanely expensive. Work on weekends no compensation. Bonus is almost non existent. No raises!!!

      Data entry/processing mill No sense of loyalty Low morale tenured employees uneducated Company does not care about employees Call center employees come in high/intoxicated, highschool degrees extremely high turnover management in new york - half the time you have no clue what the look like Move up if you suck up HR team highly unprofessional/uneducated Wouldn't be surprised if they shut down the operation
