Compared to other banks, it is more like a prison except that people are generally polite to your face. You must never be seen to be actually doing work else you will be seen as lower caste. Everyone is trying to pawn off work on everyone else and then own the success. The few good people usually do not last.

If you are not a person from mainstream culture, prevent yoursefl from applying in the Luxembourgih branch of this company. I had to suffer sexist and racial insults during four months. Bananas have been put on my desk several time by a collegue, without any reaction from any other employee. A spyware have been installed on my personal mobile phone. My privacy has been exposed and commented in the open space every single day. They humiliated me and push me into despair until I resigned. (They tried to retain me in the company, I really don't know why.) While doing so, they explained me that I communication issues and that I shoud better accept these behaviours in a kind of "blackmail for employment". They protect each other because these behaviors are acceptable in that company. Nobody deserves to be treated like this, you can find a better working environment elsewhere. Believe me.
