      UBS is dedicated to furthering knowledge of the employee and getting them to be the very best that he or she can be.

      When I worked with UBS the site was more focused on getting me to learn about the industry in general rather that their own company

      1. compensation is competitive 2. team relationships are quite friendly 3. if you are not working with clients, starting time is flexible

      Cons

      There was not good project management staff. They have project management office but most of project managers are product of hallo effect and they do not have good understanding of project management
