      Please for the sake of your career do not join GIC of UBS India. You will mostly work on mediocre projects that do not add anything to your skills resulting in few exit opportunities.

      Good pay, good benefits, generally friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Bad management. I was interviewed for a job on a specific team and then when I started I discovered I had been moved to a different team who did completely different work, I would never have accepted the job on that team, it is much worse than the role I quit to join UBS from. I have been offered no explanation as to the move and no alternative to the job I have been forced into. I will quit before my probation is up to avoid the long notice period.
