Not much comes to mind.

Cons

Agile, process, and bureaucracy is completely insane. Matrix managed by way too many spreadsheet fools that understand neither the business nor technology. Developer cloud desktop practically unusable. Tech management completely political and solely focused on remediating ancient technology while delivering nothing for the business. CS merger took all the above and made it actually worse.
