Seems to big and is too much of a conglomerate. Its built like a bunch of small companies and there is not one singular culture/ identity throughout the company. Different departments don't seem to work together and files and resources aren't shared as well as one might think for a company this size.

Upper management does not value engineers, technical competencies is overshadowed by ancillary admin metrics. Promotions aren’t based on merit or performance
