      Possibly good long term, but not sure it will go the right direction

      Pros

      Old company that is debt free with a great history. Treated well and other data scientists care about the DS community. Great yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Their investment in DS is "sprinkled" here and there, and they could be doing a lot more. They seem to want to benefit from data science, but it seems like they are not making the investment and efforts to move forward at a healthy rate for effective change.
