      Money is ok. They have development plans and the contact with customers is nice.

      Cons

      Too much pressure to finish projects, everyday micromanegement. No space for ideas only procedures...and almost no mentoring.

      - Manager doesn't really understand individuals. Seems the final decision is not related to the needs of the employee. - Progression is very slow. - Opportunities within the department are not very balanced.
