      Professional company, Decent training for new hires Great as a first job, or coming in with lots of experience for a senior position (probably).

      I have been with the company for 20+ years and seen the company grow in building a better DE & I culture. They support diverse BRGS. We currently have nine. Great place to grow your career if you get the right manager who will actually conduct "one on one" monthly check ins. They also will help look for opportunities for you to grow based on your interests.

      Cons

      Would like to still see more minority women in leadership roles.
