      Pros

      The Mothership in Northbrook is solid. Good benefits, lots of locations globally. It's a brand-name organization with a strong sense of corporate responsiblity.

      Cons

      Some of the recent acquisitions are all over the place. Hard to see why they bought them, and nobody seems to be minding the store. CEO is a little tone deaf, out of touch with the day to day workers. Salaries are stagnant, not a lot of room for growth if you're mid-level.

      Pros

      Ability to work from home, laid back work environment, ability to maintain a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      They set impossible sales goals, management can be hard to communicate with (they are like a wall that doesn't allow new ideas through, and they like to sweep conflict/HR issues under the rug), very slow career progression/advancement. High deductible insurance.
