      Pros

      Supportive leadership, ongoing transformation of culture, including D&I. Decent benefits. Inspiring mission. Some really valuable employee training & education program available. 401k match and good health insurance benefits. Looking forward to seeing what the new CEO accomplishes.

      Cons

      Some function areas are too leanly funded, in my opinion. (We're asked to achieve top results with middle of the road resourcing). Still too little diversity in many areas (although efforts to change are in process).
