      moderate work load. not a competitive place although personally I think that its a negatif point

      meeting your revenue goal is all that matter. to progres you should be able to do lots of politics.

      No Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      There used to be a good work life balance here until they started setting unrealistic goals with sales allowed to lower the cost of the projects, and hence, engineers are "requested" to work long hours and take on more projects.

      No work life balance at all!
